Lagu I Don’t Know Anymore bercerita tentang suatu fase seseorang berada di titik serba salah (merasa tengah butuh pertolongan, namun tidak tahu harus meminta bantuan ke mana dan ke siapa).
Menggambarkan ada rasa kelelahan, kebingungan, namun juga harapan agar semua perasaan ini bisa segera berakhir. Cerita ini, kata Aziz Hedra, diangkat karena menjadi bagian dari fase quarter life crisis di mana merupakan sebuah fase kehidupan yang tentunya dialami oleh banyak orang.
“Semua orang pasti pernah ada di fase ini, lewat lagu ini aku pengen nemenin orang-orang yang (mungkin) lagi ngerasa stuck, ngerasa salah dan ngerasa sendirian.
